Grievance Arbitration

Conducting grievance arbitrations is a time-consuming, demanding task for local leaders.  At times, despite our best intentions, arbitrations can take months or years to schedule.

At Labor Movement Representation Services, we can move your arbitrations to the top of the agenda.  Starting with a grievance case file, we will:

-        Examine the merits of the grievance

-        Request and fight for the information needed to present the Union’s case

-        Conduct grievance settlement negotiations

-        Prepare and present union grievances in arbitration
