Labor Movement Representation Services
Grievance Arbitrations, Contract Negotiations, Internal Organizing – these activities are the foundations of successful labor unions.
Getting professional support in these areas can be difficult for small or independent Unions. While there are many excellent advocates working for labor unions, they can be prohibitively expensive. Or they fail to see the big picture of the relationship between Union leaders, their members, and employers.
At Labor Movement Representation Services, we see that big picture. We provide professional support based on years of experience working in the field as labor advocates.

We provide training to Union stewards, executive board members, staff and other local leaders on key areas of Union activity. Our training programs are based, not on academic studies, but on years of experience in the field.
“To be free the workers must have a choice. To have choice they must retain in their own hands the right to determine under what conditions they will work.”
